Project Coordinator

Harrogate (Office Based Role)

Our client are experts in providing top-notch fire security solutions on a commercial scale to ensure safety and protection. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating fire security projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of fire security projects.
  • Coordinate and allocate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Ensure that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans, and money spent.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Solid organisational and administration skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
