Description

  • Responsibilities include:Identify, develop and refine sales and operational style product management to produce reliable and timely sales forecasts for SKUs & categories at market level
  • On-going portfolio reviews, including robust analysis of category & SKU performance to improve product performance, rate of sale and proposition development for each market
  • Create Weekly Sales & Stock Intake plans ensure & optimize availability, intake and stock levels in line with business needs.
  • Optimize product & category performance, from demand, markdown, stock, intake and returns.
  • Ensure best sellers reach their full potential, identify poor performing lines and over stock issues and make recommendations where necessary to stimulate sales
  • Forecast, analyse and action commercial data to be able to react to trading opportunities / trends in performance to shape the trading plan in season in order to drive the optimum commercial and customer outcome
  • Guide marketing on SKU & category priorities in campaigns, website coverage and work with marketing to ensure suitable offers / inventory are available. Driving, alongside marketing, a campaign orientated calendar in line with the commercial objectives.
  • Analysis of category & SKU performance each season to improve product performance, rate of sale and proposition development
  • Working closely with Supply chain team to identify & manage any risks to the commercial strategy
  • Monitor competitor websites and market trends, making recommendations to improve proposition

  • Ability to demonstrate resilience and tenacity to produce results.
  • Proven track record in driving demand, optimising sales, and managing gross margin.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to forecast demand accurately and identify trends
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and techniques.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to challenge and drive results with a track record of success
