Title: Procurement & Contracts Manager
Location: Harrogate/Hybrid
Salary: up to £49,000
Elevation Recruitment Group's Procurement & Supply Chain division are partnering with a growing charity based in Harrogate as they look to recruit the newly created role of Procurement & Contracts Manager.
The Procurement & Contracts Manager will work closely with the Head of Compliance to oversee the organisation's Procurement and Supply Chain. This opportunity offers full autonomy and a flexible and hybrid working arrangement as well as:

Key duties will include:
- Managing the entire Procurement lifecycle, from analysis and conception through RFP, selection and onboarding
- Driving savings by developing strategies including supplier consolidation, and volume leverage
- Developing long-lasting partnerships with preferred suppliers, contractors, and outsourced providers
- Ensuring that risks relating to security and data protection are managed throughout the procurement process
- Drafting, negotiating and finalising contracts with preferred suppliers
- Managing the performance of contracts across the organisation and ensuring that deliverables are fulfilled
Key Skills & Experience required:
- Experience working in a Procurement Manager role and within supply chain
- Confident drafting, negotiating and managing contracts and frameworks
- Experience in project management and meeting agreed targets and deadlines
