What You'll Do:

• Estimating a wide range of projects, includingrefurbishment works,mechanical,electrical,EWI, andcladding.
• Collaborate with theCommercial Director, as well as all senior management and directors, ensuring seamless coordination across projects.
• Use your expertise to prepare and deliver accurate cost estimates, helping guide the companys success in delivering projects on time and within budget.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience inconstruction estimating.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge in refurbishment, mechanical, electrical, and cladding works, desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
