- £30,000 – £35,000 pa, dependent on experience

- Acting as the primary contact for maintenance enquiries via telephone, email and app.
- Liaising between tenants, contractors and landlords to organise and resolve any outstanding maintenance issues.
- Updating energy suppliers with move-in and move-out meter readings.
- Arranging property inspections and following up on any remedial works.
- Conducting check-in and check-out appointments with tenants, negotiating the security deposit and works as required.
- Managing the safety certificate schedule for all properties held on our client’s portfolio and coordinating all safety certificate appointments.
- Coordinating tenancy renewals and rent reviews and dealing with any associated administration.
- Uploading relevant notes, certificates and invoices into the CRM system to ensure accurate records are kept.
- Contacting viewing enquiries and arranging appointments with prospective tenants, carrying out viewings when covering holiday or during exceptionally busy periods.
- 4+ years’ experience in a property maintenance role is essential.
- Sound property knowledge with an ability to use your initiative when dealing with maintenance issues.
- Highly organised with an ability to work in a fast-paced and process-driven environment.
- A strong work ethic, with a proactive approach to work.
- A meticulous individual with high levels of attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Can quickly and easily build rapport, manage expectations, and maintain ongoing client relationships.
- IT literate including CRM & Microsoft packages, preferably experience on Alto &
- Hold a clean UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
- Are a UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
