Join a prestigious team as a Property Manager, assisting in the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties valued at over £300m. This role is ideal for a RICS qualified professional with a solid background in property management, looking to further their career in a dynamic environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with contractors to ensure efficient property maintenance.
  • Supervise the management of utility contracts across various properties.
  • Manage lease events including rent reviews, lease renewals, and break dates.
  • Provide advice on property legislation and stay updated on relevant case law.
  • Ensure all properties comply with health and safety legislation and MEES regulations.
  • Work closely with solicitors and agents on ongoing instructions.
  • Ensure tenants comply with their lease obligations.
  • Address general property management issues promptly and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • RICS qualification with at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in managing a mixed portfolio of properties, particularly in investment and management aspects.
  • Strong understanding of property legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with tenants, contractors, and professional advisors.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team and contribute to the family business environment.
