Our client, a leading Facilities Management company, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their team in Harrogate. The office is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from Harrogate train station, making it easily accessible for commuters.
- Job Title: Receptionist
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Hourly Rate: £12.00 - £13.00
- Hours: 9am-2pm
- Start Date: 12th September 2024
- End Date: 27th September 2024
- Contract Length: 2 weeks
- Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean and organised.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or reception roles.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
