Role Overview:

Our client are seeking an experiencedFinancial Services Administratorwith a minimum of 2 years experience in the Financial Services industry. Ideally, youll have worked in a similar role within anIFA/Financial Advisory environmentand possess strong knowledge of investment products, pensions, SIPPs, and SSASs.


What Your Day to Day Duties Will Include:

As a key part of the team, you will support Advisers and Financial Planners by:
  • Liaising with policy providers
  • Updating and maintaining client records
  • Processing new business applications, fund switches, income/withdrawal requests
  • Monitoring processes to ensure timely completion

What is Needed to Be Considered For This Role:
  • Strongcommunication and numeracy skills
  • Knowledge of investment products, pensions, SIPPs, and SSASs
  • Experience in a similar role within Financial Services or IFA environments
  • Familiarity withXplan(preferred but not essential)
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach
