Duties of Finance Assistant:As a key player in the Finance team, you'll be supporting a wide range of activities to keep the finances running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
  • Keeping detailed financial records up to date and accurate
  • Administering duties and ensuring all deposits and fees are sorted
  • Collaborating with third parties on funding and contracts
  • Handling the sales ledger, fees, and processing sales receipts
  • Maintaining aged debtors and reconciling accounts with precision
  • Issuing monthly statements and resolving any queries like a customer service pro
  • Supporting annual and monthly audits, compiling data when needed
  • Creating insightful reports and attending meetings
