You know how some finance jobs feel like you're just plugging numbers into spreadsheets all day? This isn't one of those.
This is a growing business, which means things change. You won't be trapped in a never-ending loop of processing invoices and reconciling bank statements (though, yes, you'll do some of that). You'll also get involved in improving processes, solving problems, and generally making the finance function run more smoothly.
You'll need to be the kind of person who notices when something doesn't add up, quite literally. If you like fixing things before they become problems, you'll fit in well here.
The team is small but ambitious. You'll report to the Finance Manager, who actually wants to develop their team rather than just delegate work to them.
