Behavior Support Worker

Job Summary:NextGen are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing care and support to children, particularly those with special educational mental health needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive care and support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Assist in the education and development of children, tailoring approaches to meet individual needs.
  • Communicate effectively with children, fostering an environment of trust and encouragement.
  • Implement strategies for working with children on the autism spectrum, promoting their social and emotional development.
  • Engage in activities that stimulate learning and growth, including play-based learning and structured educational tasks.

Qualifications:
