Learning Support Assistant

Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our fantastic primary schools in the Harrogate area. These roles offer a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for working with children and a desire to progress their careers in the educational field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
• Assisting children with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and those with additional needs.
• Managing and supporting challenging behaviour.
• Collaborating with teachers to deliver tailored educational programs.

Requirements:

• Keen passion for working with children.
• Commitment to professional development and career progression.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
