Our SEN Care support workers play a pivotal role in supporting our students in their day-to-day lives, which can range from attending college lessons to participating in sports sessions, therapy sessions, and even gardening activities.

While you may still be engaged in your usual work-related tasks, our students enjoy going out and having a good time! We offer comprehensive training and development opportunities, along with a clear path for career progression. We firmly believe that working in care isn't just a job; it's a fulfilling career driven by passion and dedication.
