This is an exciting opportunity for a Job and Employer Link to support young people with SEND to move into paid employment. 
The successful applicant will have experience of working with young people, who can support people into paid employed and has experience of working with employers to facilitate this.

Location: Home Based with travel to clients across the Yorkshire region
Salary: £24,500 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata - 0.5 contract)

You will have:
•    The ability to work comfortably remotely using a range of digital channels including phone, video conferencing, instant messaging and email
•    Proven record of success in engaging SEN participants on programme
•    Knowledge of current recruitment practice and corporate social responsibility
•    An understanding of the local and regional labour market and employment issues within one or more sectors or industries
•    Strong communication skills and an ability to forge meaningful working relationships across the region.
