Do you have a passion for working with young children and want to make a meaningful impact on their development? We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Practitioners, as well as caring individuals without formal qualifications, to join our supply team in Harrogate. This is a flexible role where you can provide cover in various early years settings, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and fun environment for children aged 0-5.

• Step into multiple childcare settings to provide nurturing care and engaging educational experiences for young children.
• Encourage and support children's social and emotional growth through creative play and exploration.
• Work alongside nursery teams to design and deliver age-appropriate activities.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children and their parents or caregivers.
• Maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere in every setting you work within.

• Qualifications: Ideally, a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) is preferred, but we also welcome applications from unqualified candidates who are eager to learn and have a natural affinity for childcare.
• Experience: Experience in early years settings is advantageous, but we value enthusiasm and a strong desire to work with children above all.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Adaptability and a willingness to immerse yourself in different environments.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
