Job Title: Ruby on Rails Developer

Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire (Hybrid, on-site at least one day per week)

You will play a key role in the on-going development of the platform, architecting and developing a scalable web application. Working closely with the CPTO you will design and build new features, enhance existing features, and take technical ownership over your tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain application.

• Collaborate with teams to design and implement new features

• Manage and optimise relational databases.

• Debug and enhance application performance.

• Assist customer success team with complex customer issues.

Requirements: • Ruby on Rails (3yrs+)

• PostgreSQL

• API Development •

Front-end web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery

• TDD using RSpec, Capybara.

• Sidekiq, Heroku, Github, Hotwire (desirable)

• A team player who can operate in small groups or individually

• Confident written and oral communication skills, in English.
