Overview:C&B Recruitment are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy workshop in Harrogate. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and repairing various types of vehicles. A vehicle Technician is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work with power tools and hand tools. Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician in Harrogate:- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components according to specifications- Use power tools and hand tools to perform repairs and maintenance tasks- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify issues and troubleshoot problems- Repair or replace faulty parts and components- Follow schematics and technical manuals to ensure proper installation and repair procedures- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects

Experience required as a Vehicle Technician in Harrogate:- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role preferred- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals- Experience with equipment repair and maintenance- Welding experience is a plus- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
