We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join a leading manufacturer, committed to delivering high-quality products to their customers.

Job: Production Operative - Blending Department

Location: Harrogate

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £16.07 per hour

Hours: 10hr shifts

Monday to Thursday with rotations between day and night shifts.

Day shift: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Night shift: 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Operating blending machinery
  • Ensuring the accurate mixing of ingredients
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Packing and stacking of products
  • Maintaining accurate production records
  • Following health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Assisting with routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
  • Collaborating with team members to meet production targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with precision
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic math skills for measuring and mixing ingredients
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required
  • FLT Licence (Not essential)
