Based near Harrow, the business operate in the B2B manufacturing sector where they source and import high quality materials for their clients.
The business is highly profitable and look to continue with their growth strategy and plans.
They are looking for a Financial Controller who will support the business and run the day to day finance team.
Description
- Oversee and manage the overall financial operations within the department
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies, controls, and processes
- Lead, motivate and manage a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports
- Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes
- Drive continuous improvement in financial performance
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders
Profile
The successful Financial Controller will be:
- A fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Demonstrable experience in a similar financial control role
- Demonstrable experience within import / B2B manufacturing sector
- Able to partner the SLT
- Lead the day to day finance team
Job Offer
The Financial Controller role comes with a competitive base salary of £85,000-95,000, plus bonus, 25 days holiday, pension and other benefits including hybrid working.
