Are you passionate about business and looking to join a fast-growing company? I am seeking Senior Accountant who is fully experienced in all aspects of accounting and tax work. This role involves the preparation of management accounts for large clients, managing end-to-end accounting and tax filings for limited companies across various sectors, and engaging with clients and directors to drive the business forward.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Prepare management accounts for large clients and ensure end-to-end accounting and tax filings are managed effectively.
  • Engage with clients to manage your own client portfolio, driving business relationships and company growth.
  • Produce final sets of Financial Statements with full disclosures and completed supporting working papers.
  • Prepare tax computations (Corporate, Individual, VAT, Capital Gains) and advise clients on tax matters.
  • Present confidently in front of clients and partners, clearly articulating services delivered.
  • Manage a team of seniors, semi-seniors, and juniors to deliver exceptional service to the client portfolio under your management.
  • Motivate your team to achieve excellence and drive the team forwards.
  • Utilise technology in accounting, including experience with Xero, QuickBooks, IRIS, or other ERP and practice management systems.
  • Deliver to client service level agreements and achieve high client satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with account directors and partners to deliver the scope of services and drive more value from clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • ACA or ACCA fully qualified with at least three years post-qualification experience.
  • Experienced in end-to-end accounting, including producing final sets of Financial Statements.
  • Proficient in the preparation of various tax computations and advising on tax matters.
  • Confident in client-facing roles and able to articulate services clearly.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
  • Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, IRIS, or other ERP and practice management systems.
  • Passionate about using technology to enhance accounting practices.
