- Providing administrative support to the Business Support team and other departments as required.
- Managing and maintaining records, files, and databases.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Supporting the team with project management tasks and initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.
