- Assess compliance with ASB legislation and initiate enforcement actions when needed, including conducting visits and determining legislative requirements.
- Collaborate with Housing Officers on ASB case management, providing guidance on mid and low-level cases.
- Represent the Council at public inquiries, public meetings, external organizations, and Council committee meetings, offering technical information and reports on service-related issues.
- Conduct investigations and develop appropriate solutions for professional challenges, including consultation, liaison, and partnership working.
- Prepare reports and statements of evidence for legal proceedings stemming from legislative violations, advise legal teams, and provide court testimony on behalf of the Council as required.
- Capable of working efficiently and effectively under pressure, both independently and within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using standard computer systems and technical databases.
