As a Mortgage Adviser, you will provide expert advice to clients, guiding them through the mortgage process and helping them secure the best financial solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assess clients financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Research mortgage deals from a range of lenders to find the best solutions.
- Assist clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and financial professionals.
- Stay up to date with mortgage market trends, lender criteria, and regulatory changes.
- Meet sales targets while maintaining high ethical and customer service standards.
- Advise clients on related financial products, such as insurance.
- CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage market, products, and lending criteria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively.
