About the Role:The Business Operations Manager will play an instrumental role in overseeing the smooth running of the office and driving continuous improvement in our business operations. You will manage the HR Manager, Office Junior, and other key functions, while ensuring our organisational culture remains positive and strong. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the HR Manager and Office Junior, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and oversee business responsibilities beyond finance and property management, providing support across departments.
  • Liaise with the outsourced IT provider to ensure seamless technology services.
  • Manage both the physical office environment and the hybrid working model to maximise employee satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team with high-level administrative and strategic tasks.
  • Administer and enforce company policies, ensuring consistency and adherence across the organisation.
  • Be a strong, positive influence on the organisational culture, promoting a supportive and productive work environment. About You:
  • Proven track record of managing operations in a busy, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent IT literacy, with a confident approach to working with outsourced IT providers.
