MARKETING MANAGER - B2B SaaS Company
AxiaMetrics is currently supporting a market leading B2B SaaS company that provides a comprehensive and fully integrated SaaS solution to Property Management companies. The company is a well-established business, growing its market share and expanding the breadth of products and services that it is offering. The firm is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join the team and lead the marketing strategy to help support growth plans. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and implementing marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales, utilising digital marketing tactics to attract potential customers, leading on go-to-market activities while collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure smoothcustomer acquisition and retention.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and data-driven decision-makingto enhance the brand's presence and support our business objectives.The ideal Marketing Managerwill be a proactive and knowledgeable marketer with experience designing and executive GTM strategies,a strong team player, and an excellent communicator with a creative flair. You'll work closely with the C-Suite and cross-functional teams and ensure our marketing and sales efforts are guided by quantitative insights and aligned with our business goals.
The role is primarily home based but may require occasional working from serviced offices in andaround London or at events.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Proven experience as Marketer, ideally in a SaaS business in a B2B environment.
• Strong expertise in lead generation, brand strategy, customer engagement, and product launches.
• A data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics and performance tracking. Track record of insight-led propositions. Translate business objectives into measurable goals and KPIs.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and automation software.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels, dealing with multiple stakeholders
