We are inviting applications for Relationship Officer for an international Bank based in Harrow.

JOB ROLE

? Undertake business development / networking activities to source and on-board new customers

? Increase lending business growth for branch, especially Mortgages (BTL & CRE)

? Increase growth in branch liability products and other core services such as Lockers, FX, and Remittance business.

? Seek out and Introduce new Business account relationships to the branch.

? Play an active part in the overall sales activity of the branch

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

? Responsible for enhancing branch asset sales (BTL & CRE) through the tenacious identification and pursuit of new business opportunities and by the cross selling of products to existing clients and new opportunities.

? Responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining banking relationships through personal and client referrals, external networking and corporate relationships.

? To deliver superior service to the brokers or customers and to persuade them to place their business with SBI UK.

? To promote and attend branch's business development events and initiatives.

? Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of BTL & CRE cases to ensure branch business targets are achieved on a YOY basis.

? Action new lending requests (buy to let & commercial) and initially analyse credit worthiness.

? Retention of existing client base.

? Appropriate and effective administration, monitoring, reporting, communication to management.

? Responsible for undertaking any other duties as delegated by the Area Branch Manager or so designated senior officer
