- Full UK driving licence (manual)
- At least 2 years' experience at Senior Negotiator or Property Valuer level
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive team environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Sound understanding of Estate Agency legislation
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong attention to detail
