KiddyKare are currently recruiting for a childcare qualified Nursery Practitioner to become part of a supportive team based in Harrow.

Key Responsibilities

To provide a stimulating and varied programme of play and learning opportunities.
To ensure the safety and well-being of the children.
To manage a team effectively.
To fulfil legal and statutory requirements and to supervise staff on a daily basis.
To monitor and assess the quality of provision within your room, ensuring that policies and procedures, best practice and standards are maintained.

Person specification
Level 3 or above full and relevant childcare qualification
Paediatric first aid and food hygiene desirable
Previous relevant work in childcare
An understanding of the EYFS
Knowledge of inclusive practice
A knowledge of safeguarding children and child protection
