- Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available)
- £30,000 - £32,000 + company benefits

- Large static site based in North London
Responsibilities:
- Painting & Decorating
- Point of contact for the client
- Tiling
- Carpentry - Door hanging
- Plumbing
- Drainage & flushing
- Changing light bulbs
- Emergency light testing
- Fire alarm/door testing
- Grouting & Plastering
- Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
Requirements:
- Experience as a building services fabricengineer/handyperson in a commercial/high end residential setting
- Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ carpentry
