If so, we want YOU to be part of our dynamic team!What You'll Do: As the Mechanical and Electrical Cyclical Contracts Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring compliance with government regulations while delivering both mandatory and discretionary services. You'll provide top-notch surveying and technical services, offering expert advice to our HIA team and ensuring we meet Supporting People and individual performance standards.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee mechanical and electrical cyclical contracts to ensure compliance with legislation and government requirements.
Deliver high-quality services that support our vulnerable clients.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the HIA team.
Monitor and evaluate contract performance, implementing necessary improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align with governmental and organizational goals.

Role Details:

Contract End Date: 7th November
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (mix of home, office, and onsite client premises)
Vehicle Requirements:
- Must have a valid driving licence and provide proof of business insurance.
- A DVLA check will be required.
Additional Compliance: Enhanced DBS check.
