Contracts Manager Required In West London

GVR Solutions have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to work for a well-established and niche facades contractor, based in West London. This opportunity is to join their rapidly growing faade restoration and cladding division which mainly cover projectswithin the Residential, Commercial, Educational Retail sectors with values up to 5m

The responsibilites of the Contracts Manager:

  • Overseeing and managing projects
  • Attend pre-start & progress meetings with Client and Contractor.
  • Regularly liaising with Quantity Surveyors, Designers, Site managers and production to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Providing relevant information for a successful project, design information, survey information, budget, time frame, health and safety, procurement schedule and RAMS.
  • Project reporting - risks, solutions, cost, time frames and solutions.
  • Managing project accounts
  • Managing and liaising with Installation teams to make sure labour is sourced correctly, working efficiently, working to time frames and working to health and safety rules.
  • Overseeing procurement and deliveries.
  • Meeting Clients & Contractors to discuss upcoming project requirements and products.
  • Make sure compliance is implemented throughout the project
  • Liaise with Design teams and internal management to ensure health & safety and Quality Standards
  • Liaise with Client and ensure Client Satisfaction through-out the project

The Contracts Manager must have/be:

  • At least 5 years experience in either cladding or sfs
  • Proven leadership
  • A proven track record of delivery
  • Excellent oral and communication skills
  • A stable employment history
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organised
  • Able to manage multiple projects
