Your new companyJob Title: L&D Organisational Development Advisor (Temporary) Location: Harrow Duration: 5 months About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic L&D Organisational Development (OD) Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is critical in supporting our OD team during a period of significant change and development. You will be instrumental in helping us build a robust team structure that meets our diverse organisational needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and support to the OD team. Assist in the development and implementation of workforce strategies and initiatives. Work closely with the interim Head of Organisational Development to build solid foundations for ongoing projects. Support the team in delivering key organisational development projects and initiatives. Requirements: Proven experience in organisational development and learning. The ability to 'hit the ground running' and adapt quickly to new environments. Strong project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Collaborative and supportive work environment.
