- Developing and managing the Management Information System (SIMS/ARBOR)

- Streamlining and effectively delivering data and information in order to support daily operations

- Inputting, analysing and distributing accurate student attendance and punctuality data

- Recording student academic and behavioural progress and attainment as required

- Ensuring the accurate maintenance and distribution of management information

- Maintaining database of student admissions and leavers etc and producing report
