The firm is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing and Business Development Manager to join the team and lead the marketing strategy and business development execution to help support growth plans. The Marketing and Business Development Manager will play a key role in shaping and implementing marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales, utilising digital marketing tactics to attract potential customers, nurture leads through the sales funnel, and close deals by effectively communicating the value proposition of the software,leading on go-to-market activities while collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer acquisition and retention.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and data-driven decision-makingto enhance our brand's presence and support our business objectives.The ideal Marketing and Business Development Manager will be a proactive and knowledgeable marketer with business developmentexperience, a strong team player, and an excellent communicator with a creative flair. You'll work closely with the C-Suite and cross-functional teams and ensure our marketing and sales efforts are guided by quantitative insights and aligned with our business goals.

The role is primarily home based but may require occasional working from serviced offices in andaround London or at events.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Proven experience as Marketer with Sales/Business Development experience (or similar role), ideally in a SaaS business in a B2B environment.

• Strong expertise in lead generation, brand strategy, customer engagement, and product launches.

• Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling strategies in a SaaS environment would beadvantageous.

• A data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics and performance tracking. Track record of insight-led propositions. Translate business objectives into measurable goals and KPIs.

• Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and automation software.

• Having working experience in a sales and/or business development role would be advantageous.

• Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels, dealing with multiple stakeholders
