• Job Type: Temporary (Ongoing), Part-time (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9am-5pm)

We are seeking a Plumbing Technician to support the plumbing lecturer at a further education college in North West London. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in plumbing and a relevant Level 3 qualification in the field.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist the plumbing lecturer in preparing and setting up materials and tools for classes.
• Support students during practical sessions by providing guidance and technical assistance.
• Maintain and organise plumbing workshop tools and equipment.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed in the workshop.
• Help in the assessment of student work under the guidance of the lecturer.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven background in plumbing.
• Relevant Level 3 qualification in Plumbing.
• Strong practical skills and technical knowledge of plumbing systems.
• Ability to work effectively with both staff and students.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
