As an Aspiring Dance Therapy Assistant, you will be there to support the schools SEN pupils. Encouraging them to learn through alternative outlets such as dance, music, art and more. You will be working in the classroom with the lead teacher at times taking pupils for one to one or group intervention sessions to ensure their continuous academic growth. You will have continued support from Teachers, SLT, SENCO as you report back to them on the pupil's progression and create action plans to ensure further growth.
