Behaviour Teaching Assistant

• Supporting students with behavioural needs, ensuring they can engage effectively with learning.
• Implementing behaviour management strategies and personalised support plans.
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to create a positive and structured learning environment.
• Encouraging social and emotional development, promoting confidence and independence in pupils.
• Assisting with classroom activities and interventions tailored to individual student needs.

• Experience working with children with behavioural needs, preferably within a school setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• A patient, resilient, and proactive approach to supporting children.
• An understanding of behaviour management techniques and strategies.
• A valid DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
