As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in the development and education of the children, creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where the children feel valued and inspired to explore their world.
This role is full time either 4 or 5 days per week. Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality educational activities and experiences in line with the EYFS framework
- Observe and assess children's progress, ensuring each child's developmental needs are met
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve educational practices and outcomes
- Relevant childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Early Years Educator Diploma, etc.)
- Experience working with young children in an early years setting
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
