Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a teaching assistant to support a class in year 3 at a school based in Harrow. This is a long-term role to start as soon as possible. You will be required to be a key member of staff by ensuring the development and attainment of the class is at its highest calibre whilst working alongside the brilliant class teacher

You will be required to assist with any behaviour difficulties in the class but ensure the children get the essential guidance to remain focused on the tasks assigned by the teacher. They require emotional support and can be distressed easily, so patience is a key for the role.
