We are recruiting for a Client Relationship/AccountManager, to provide a high level of account managment for both new and existing clients, establishing and maintaining a good relationship to ensure their business requirements are achieved. Ensuring a high level of communication, both internally and externally to achieve an efficient and smooth implementaiton of contracts and operating practices. Working closely with clients to recognise opportunities for growth and development in both existing and related contractual responsiblities.

Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills, across all media
- Tactful and diplomatic when addressing issues both internally and externally
- Good team player, approachable
- Self-motivated, with good prioritisation and time management skills
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work (able to accommodate overnight stays as necessary)
- Able to remain calm under pressure, able to multitask whilst retaining high levels of information
- Good IT skills, including excel and PowerPoint
- Good attention to detail, able to translate data from written documents to practical application
- Good analytical skills, able to juggle multiple data sources and accurately extract relevant trends
- Full, clean driving licence, able to travel across the UK as necessary
