Grims Dyke Hotel in Harrow Wealdstone is looking for a pro-active food and beverage supervisor to drive sales, enhance the customer experience and motivate service staff through on the job training and support. Duty management shifts required.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for those with service experience, interested in progressing within hospitality sector.
The Grims Dyke is a 4* silver, independent country house hotel with 47 bedrooms, two function rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a large garden terrace.
Open for local guests as well as residential guests, available services include breakfast, restaurant and bar/terrace lunch and dinner, afternoon tea and private dining options.
Must have:
- Previous experience in food and beverage
- Hard working with a passion for customer service
- Ability to cope under pressure in a fast paced environment
