Some of your duties will include:

- Managing the administration function for two residential Care Homes

- Maintaining resident details and updating information held when necessary

- Managing personnel records for staff working within the Care Homes

- Purchasing food, equipment and supplies for homes and agreeing prices

- Producing resident invoices and recording payments received on system

- Issuing weekly timesheets to workers and collating timesheets on a weekly basis
