- Conduct investigations into ASB incidents and determine the need for enforcement action.
- Provide guidance to Housing Officers on mid- and low-level ASB case management.
- Represent the Council at public meetings, inquiries, and legal proceedings.
- Prepare reports and statements of evidence for legal proceedings.
- Issue legal notices, formal cautions, and other enforcement documents.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, including PACE, CPIA, and RIPA.
- Contribute to the development of ASB-related strategies, policies, and plans.
- Strong knowledge of ASB legislation and enforcement procedures.
- Experience investigating ASB cases and preparing legal documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently manage caseloads.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to work outside normal hours when required.

- The pay range for the role is £25.00 to £26.00 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £21.31 to £22.17 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
