E-Commerce Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Amazon accounts: Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts. Creating new product listings, processing orders using Amazon software.

Resolving data errors such as pricing, EAN code and product codes etc.  

Managing disputes of shortage and price claims.

Managing and coordinating all deliveries with logistics and the warehouse  

Inventory Management for Amazon accounts

Producing reports for management and implementing promotional activity

Answering the phone and assisting customers with their queries.

Handling customer reviews, complaints and return requests from online platforms.

Develop and manage our other e-commerce accounts, E-bay, etc.

Any other duties as required by the company. 

 Essential requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience processing Amazon FBA orders   
  • Experience for Amazon listing optimisation / PPC experience
  • Previous experience of Amazon Marketing Services - campaigns/product launches
  • Inventory Management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects delivered on time
  • Results oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating.
