What You'll Do:
  • Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a nurturing learning atmosphere
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, providing valuable feedback to parents and guardians
  • Work collaboratively with a team to maintain high-quality early years provision
What We're Looking For:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (essential)
  • Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of child development, early education principles, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, flexible, and positive team player
  • A clear DBS check
