- Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's in Education or equivalent
What You'll Do:
- Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a nurturing learning atmosphere
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing valuable feedback to parents and guardians
- Work collaboratively with a team to maintain high-quality early years provision
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (essential)
- Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting
- Strong knowledge of child development, early education principles, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, flexible, and positive team player
- A clear DBS check
