HR Data Administrator

Hybrid Working - 3 days one site / 2 days home working

Looking to be part of an HR team that is at the heart of the organisation? Due to maternity, our client is looking to appoint an HR Data Administrator on a 9 month FTC basis. The role reports into one of the HR Managers and has responsibility as follows:

Systems

  • Maintain and update employee information within the HR database
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new HRIS processes and functionalities
  • Assist with the maintenance of all HR related databases, analysing data, ensuring data integrity and running queries.
  • Analyse data and resolve basic issues within the HRIS System.
  • Review and update changes to employee terms and conditions
  • Run the three month gap report monthly to ensure compliance
  • Produce and analyse absence reports as requested
  • Provide knowledge sharing with the HR Team to increase their understanding of our systems.
  • Assist the HRM (Systems) with the monthly payroll reconciliation report
  • Assist the HRM (Systems) with the production of management information

HR and Recruitment

  • Responsible for reviewing the relevant pre-employment and vetting documentation ensuring that the organisation is compliant with legislation.
  • Prepare employment contracts for newly appointed employees
  • Support the production of annual pay letters from the payroll and/or HR database.
  • Provide general HR Administrative support to the HR team
  • To assist the Payroll & Benefits Adviser in the processing of the annual basic earnings assessment for the Child Care Scheme as advised by the scheme provider Co-ordinate
  • Occupational Health Clinics as required throughout the year
  • When required, support the HR Administrators in processing advertisements on the School’s website and external recruitment sites, and liaising with recruitment agencies
  • When required, support the HR Administrators in providing a responsive and efficient end-to-end recruitment service
  • When required, assist the HR Administrators with all pre-employment checks such as reference and right to work in the UK checks and DBS checks
  • Assist the HR Administrators in monitoring the recruitment inbox, monitoring and updating the recruitment portal, and responding to enquiries.
  • Assist with administering recruitment assessment tasks where required.
