A housing company with property developments in West & North West London is seeking a Multi Trade Operative.
The ideal candidate should have experience in completing various repair works in occupied properties.
Experience in finishing properties ready for handover is a plus.

I am working with a housing company who have a have property developments in West & North West London, they are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join their team

We are looking for a candidate that has experience completing a variety of repair works in occupied properties, it would also be a benefit if you have experience finishing properties ready for handover

Day to day duties:

Working for a defects list to carry out repair works
Planned repairs and also reactive repair works
Plastering, Masticing, Painting & Decorating, Carpentry
