Key Requirements:
Early Careers Teacher (ECT) or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE or Bachelor of Education
Experience in teaching KS2, particularly Year 6
Strong classroom management skills with the ability to manage challenging behaviour creatively
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to support children's learning and progress
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Monitor pupil progress and provide effective feedback to support their development
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community
