As a SeniorNurse in the Pre-Assessment Department, you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring high standards of patient care in line with operational policies and procedures.
- Maintaining and enhancing customer service and satisfaction.
- Promoting and safeguarding the well-being of patients, employees, and consultants.
- Acting as an advocate for junior team members and deputising for the Sister/Charge Nurse when needed.
- Providing individualised patient care with excellent standards.
- Upholding professional conduct as per NMC and HCPC guidelines.
The ideal SeniorNurse candidate will have:
- Registered General Nurse level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing studies.
- Valid NMC Registration.
- Mentorship Qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent).
- Evidence of relevant clinical professional development.
- Excellent clinical knowledge and understanding of national best practice standards.
- Basic workload and shift management skills.
- Proficiency in PC use, including software and systems.
- 18 months post-registration experience.
